Have been to few other salons with higher service rates, but 92 hair salon delivered the best so far!!! Went for collagen hair treatment (RM99) and had a haircut (RM55) there. After a month, my hair is still silky smooth and love love love the haircut, exactly like what I requested using the inspo from tiktok and thanks to the hairdresser Wina siap ajar how to style it at home. Appreciate the good work, Wina & Nadia! Would definitely come again

I had a wonderful experience here. I came in just for a haircut, but the stylist provided a thorough consultation and explained clearly why a certain haircut would suit me better. She was very patient, professional, and never judgmental. Her explanation helped me understand my hair condition, and because of her advice, I decided to add on a keratin treatment. Overall, I felt comfortable, well-informed, and satisfied with the results. Highly recommended! Love sangat! Will repeat again!

Did my keratin treatment as my hair damaged due to went wrong saloon to colour my hair. My hair turns so frizzy and damage. Lola is very helpful to get my hair done. The result is beyond happy. My hair now is smooth and silky. Def will come again ❤️

Im really satisfied with the service. The staff, Praveena, did a great job with my hair. She was very detailed and made sure the colour lifted properly. The ambience was good too. The only thing that could be improved is maybe adding some music in the salon so it doesn’t feel too quiet.

Overall, everything was good! 💇‍♀️ Sadly, there was only one staff working today 26/10/25 (Kak Fatin) She mentioned that the other staff has been away for almost two weeks due to a family emergency. A great salon to come to get your hair done with a really good price! They were having a promotion, I only paid RM139 for relaxing + another RM139 for keratin treatment. I really love the hairstylists’ work on my hair—they were gentle, quick & experienced. The results of relaxing + keratin treatment on my hair was awesome—really soft & shiny 💖 The only thing I hope they can improve is the friendliness of the hairstylist. I have read in advance in the reviews and many mentioned about how friendly they are. Unfortunately, I only received ‘neutral’ service especially from my main hairstylist (2 hairstylists did my hair). When communicating, she just used single instruction word e.g., “tunduk”, “cuci”, “dah” which made me feel a little unwelcome. The salon was clean and the interior was minimalist which is to my liking—my eyes loved it each time I looked around 💞 Overall, I still want to give this salon full- star rating as their service to my hair was great. I probably will come again but kindly improve the service to the customer. It would make my day 💝
