Consultation
- Free consultation 15 Minutes. This is HIGHLY recommended for New Clients &/or Clients that are interested in making big changes to their hair, such as any Coloring services, Rebonding/Relaxing, Keratin treatments and etc.
- Time is money so please have all your questions ready at the time of the consultation so we can go over everything you need for the services you get.
Long & thick
- Nett price for any hair length. No hidden charges
Online booking
- Appointments can be booked via the online booking link. We kindly ask that you WhatsApp our Admin at least 24 hours in advance before booking your appointment
- We will contact you via phone call, email or WhatsApp to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments
- You can reschedule your appointment by emailing us at 92hairsalon@gmail.com or 92hairsalonhq@gmail.com or calling our Admin at +6018-2757152. Reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Refund Policy
- Refund is strictly not allowed.
- Any absence, you are allowed to “carry forward” to the next appointment. (Please inform in advance)
- Any change of the date and time is subject to approval by the management of 92hairsalon.
- Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time.
- Any charges by the digital service provider will be borne by customers
- Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team) before proceeding with the exchanges/ redo
- Any redo are not allowed if defected caused by customer and exceed 7 days from the date of the received services
- Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team at 018-275 7152 and provide your order number, your name and contact number, details of the service and the reason for redo if necessary
